YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme Overview
This scheme was started by the Andhra Pradesh government on October 15th, 2019. In this scheme, the farmers of the state will get financial assistance of rupees Rs.13,500/- per farmer family, per year. This financial assistance will help the farmers with their expenses in crop cultivation. With the help of this scheme, the government aims to improve crop productivity in the state.
On May 15th, 2020 Rs. 7500 were credited to the accounts of farmers under this scheme. In that phase, nearly 50 lakh farmers in the state got the money under this YSR Rythu Bharosa PM-Kisan scheme. It was the first installment under this scheme. Actually, due to the lockdown in March 2020, many farmers were going through a very tough time. At that time government transferred a total of Rs. 2000 into the accounts of beneficiaries to support them in the month of April. Whereas remaining Rs. 5500 was transferred in the month of May, it together makes Rs. 7500 as the first installment of this scheme.
The second installment of Rs. 4000 was credited to the bank accounts of farmers in October 2020. The third installment of Rs. 2000 under this scheme is supposed to credit into the accounts before January.
In the first installment of the scheme, the government of the state of Andhra Pradesh credited a total of Rs 6,173 crore in the bank accounts of the farmers. Whereas for the second installment of the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme government released Rs 1,115 crore. This money was credited into the bank accounts of 50.47 lakh farmers across the state.
Rythu Bharosa Kendras
Under this scheme, the government of Andhra Pradesh has also established Rythu Bharosa Kendras in the state. They have established as many as 10,641 Rythu Bharosa Kendras all over the state. On these Kendras, farmers will get fertilizer and quality seeds. Apart from that these Kendras are also providing paddy harvesting machines to the farmers. The government has also promised to provide free electricity to farmers for nine hours a day. For that, these Kendras have installed motors and have dug up borewells to ensure the uninterrupted power supply to the farmers.
- The farmer applying for this scheme should be a permanent citizen of the state of Andhra Pradesh.
- Only the marginal, small farmers and agricultural tenants can apply for this scheme.
- The applicants who are enrolled in the PM Kisan Yojana can also apply for this scheme.
- The farmers who are cultivating on endowments/temples/inam lands can apply for this scheme.
Benefits of the Rythu Bharosa Scheme
- Nearly 50 lakh farmers in the state of Andhra Pradesh will get benefit from the Rythu Bharosa Scheme.
- Under this scheme, the beneficiary farmers will get financial assistance of Rs. 13,500/- per family every year. Beneficiaries will get this assistance for 5 years. So basically in these five years, the government will transfer a total of Rs 67,500 into the accounts of beneficiaries.
- Under this scheme, the farmers will also get free electricity for nine hours.
- The government will provide farmers with free borewell digging services under this scheme.
- The money will be transferred directly into the bank accounts of beneficiary farmers before the sowing season. The money will be transferred in three installments.
- The government also has an aim to establish food processing units and cold storage units all over the state.
- Farmers will not have to pay the road tax on tractors that belongs to them.
- The government will provide life insurance cover to the dependants of the farmers and they will also pay the premium of that insurance.

Steps To Check the YSR Rythu Bharosa List
People can check their names in the beneficiary list with the help of the official website. To do that you can follow the steps mentioned below:-
Step 1- First of all visit the official website to check the name on the beneficiary list. You have to visit the homepage of the website.
Step 2- Now on the homepage of the website click on the “login” option. You may find this option in the top header section of the website.
Step 3- After clicking that option a new page will open, on this page enter your user name and password. In the end, enter the captcha code and press the login button.
Step 4- In case if somebody doesn’t remember the password then they can also press the “Forgot Password” button to get a new password.
Step 5- You have to enter your register mobile no. to get the OTP and enter it.
Step 6- After entering the OTP you can just set a new password and login to the website.
Step 7- After a successful login, a list of beneficiaries will be displayed on the page. The details like Name of Beneficiary, Father Name, Katha number will be displayed on the list. You can also search the name by entering the Khata number here.
Steps to Check the YSR Rythu Bharosa Status
Step 1- First of all visit the official website of Rythu Bharosa.
Step 2- Now on the homepage of the website there will be an option as “Know you RythuBharosa Status”. Click on this option. You may find this option in the header menu bar of the website.
Step 3- After clicking on that option a new page will appear on your screen. On this page, you will have to enter your Aadhar Number.
Step 4- After entering the Aadhar no. correctly, press the “Submit” button.
Step 5- Now you can see all your status on the screen.
